Position Overview
In this position, you’ll take full ownership of the growth journey for our projects — from initial understanding to strategic execution. For each project, you'll begin by mapping out its scope, needs, and goals. Based on that, you’ll design a detailed growth roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, break it into actionable tasks, and prioritize them effectively.
You’ll then oversee the execution of these tasks — ensuring they are completed efficiently and on time. If any part of the work requires outsourcing or external support, you’ll communicate directly with stakeholders to coordinate it. Throughout the entire process, you’ll track progress, resolve blockers, and make sure the growth plan stays on course without delays.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Map and deeply understand each project.
- Design and document clear growth roadmaps with stakeholders.
- Break down projects into prioritized, actionable tasks.
- Lead execution and maintain team accountability.
- Communicate with stakeholders, escalate outsourcing needs.
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep the project aligned with growth goals.
- Spot risks or inefficiencies and improve as needed.
Client Account Handling
You’ll assist in communicating with clients (especially web project clients), preparing briefs, organizing requirements, and ensuring smooth handover to the team. You may also contribute to social media replies and client-facing messages.
Information Organization
You’ll turn scattered notes, tasks, and project data into clean, well-structured, and visually clear files that are easy to follow, share, or present — using tools like Notion, Docs, ClickUp, or similar.
