Scope Exclusions

Multi-Language Support: The platform will be delivered with an English-only interface for the initial launch.
Native Mobile App: The scope covers a fully mobile-responsive web platform.
Automated KYC: The system is manual. Automated services (e.g., Onfido) are a future phase.
Secondary Market: Peer-to-peer share trading is not included in this phase.
