Position Overview
As our Growth & Digital Engagement Specialist, you will be a dynamic and integral part of the Masslayer team. This multifaceted role involves driving business growth through proactive sales and account management, enhancing our brand presence via strategic social media management, and providing technical expertise by assisting clients with WordPress website creation and customization. You'll be responsible for the full client lifecycle, from lead generation and sales conversion to ongoing relationship management and technical support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new customer leads through various channels, including onsite visits, networking, and online research.
- Clearly present and demonstrate Masslayer's services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline, guiding leads from initial contact to successful conversion and onboarding.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their ongoing success (Account Management).
- Manage and maintain Masslayer's social media profiles, creating engaging content and responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
- Create, install, and customize WordPress websites for clients, including theme setup and plugin configuration.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for client WordPress websites.
- Achieve or exceed agreed-upon sales and client retention targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status in relevant systems.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies, marketing efforts, and service offerings based on market feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, WordPress developments, and sales techniques.
Compensation & Schedule
Base Salary
5,000 EGP
Payment Schedule
Paid monthly

Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Commission Structure
Performance-based: 2,000 EGP per successfully converted onsite or direct networking lead. 700 EGP per successfully converted lead originating from company-managed social media channels.

Duration
3 months, with ongoing support and feedback provided.
