Position Overview
As our Content Creator & Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our content marketing initiatives. This role blends creative storytelling with strategic business thinking to develop content that connects with our audience and drives measurable results. You'll work across platforms to create compelling narratives that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with our brand goals and business objectives.
- Build detailed buyer personas based on market segmentation and data insights.
- Create content that directly addresses customer pain points, objections, and motivations.
- Brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas across different platforms and channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future content.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent execution of content plans.
- Adapt content tone and style based on target audience and platform requirements.
- Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Develop editorial calendars and content roadmaps that align with marketing campaigns.
- Proactively identify opportunities to repurpose content across multiple channels.
